Elithus´s design team has during 16 years created some of Stockholm´s most interesting homes that have been celebrated by both architects, media and their owners. When the company received full responsibility to both design and create Strömma Skärgårdsstad, nothing has been left to chance.

Inspired by names from the archipelago, the homes are proudly located at the top of the area over Strömma Canal with sun all day. Most of the units have a glimpse of the archipelage water and all have undisturbed and private areas among pines, moss and forest. All possible nature has been saved to create an oasis that represents our amazing archipelagean environment. The 8 twin house condos have 3 meters from floor to ceiling in the entrance level and all the exteriors have elements of both plaster and an entirely unique wooden facade cladding, which exudes elegance and quality mastership.

The homes are smartly designed to create private living spaces, all of which can find their favorite places. Part of a twin house with a glimpse of the canal or a freestanding house near the road with a flat lawn. A first accommodation for the newly moved in a studio house or a large home for the big family. Choices are many and varied and every family should be able to find just their dream home or weekend getaway just here. In all homes you will find sliding doors for future balconies in the right position with evening sun.

A boat club with direct connection to the archipelago water is 500 meters away in Strömma Boat Club and in the area there are nice bathing lakes if you prefer a little more calm water.
If you enjoy golf there are two clubs in the very near proximity.

The interior materials are as elaborate as the exterior ones. Solid oak floors, well insulated doors, lavish bathroom furnishings and exclusive kitchens with Siemens appliances. Furthermore, the house is built with solid walls with double sheeting (easy to screw in with good soundproofing).

As owner of a property, besides its own dwelling, there is also a portion of the total land area of ​​just over 10,000 m², together with the other residents of the housing association. Each home also has its own part of the land surrounding the houses, where you can completely plan a plantations and much more apart from the existing wooden deck.

The building process is shaped by Elithus´s unique concept where subcontractors are not used and therefore all work is done by the company’s own employees, carrying all necessary certificates. This gives a quality assurance that only Elithus can provide. All buyers of the condos also receive a USB-stick with photos from the building process where all internal parts of the buildings can be seen.

The environment is also in constant focus in the building process and according to Elithus´ concept Miljö Klimat 2020. The waste is separated in different bins and the transports are minimised by utilising local partners which means that approximately 98 % of the building material is brought from Värmdö.

The eight twin house condes are also certified to qualify for “Grönt Bolån” (Green House Loan) which is a discounted loan from the bank.
