Strömma Skärgårdsstad is a tenant owned association (”bostadsrättsförening”) with 15 different condos in sizes varying from 25 to 152 m². Located a stone throw away from the famous Strömma Canal all buildings are built on site by Elithus with special care for details, market leading quality and a presence of the Swedish nature and Stockholm´s amazing archipelago. The architects have deliberately placed the houses among the nature instead of over it and thereby kept its elements all around even though the site is located merely 30 minutes from Stockholm City.
